A $1,500 service retainer must be secured to begin the nanny search process. This retainer covers the sourcing, vetting, and matching of highly qualified Neuronannies for your family. The retainer is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total placement fees
Neuronanny is more than just a nanny placement service - we employ and support highly trained, W-2 nannies. Unlike agencies that only connect families with independent contractors, we provide ongoing employment, legal compliance, and specialized care to ensure a high-quality experience for both families and caregivers.
- Nanny Recruitment & Matching: Personalized consultations, background checks, and specialized neurodiverse training.
- Payroll & Legal Compliance: Your nanny is a legal W-2 employee. Neuronanny covers payroll processing, Social Security, Medicare, and unemployment taxes.
- Ongoing Support: Access to our Family Onboarding Specialist, emergency backup care, and exclusive neurodiverse-friendly resources.
Yes! We understand that quality childcare is an investment, so we offer flexible payment options, including installment plans, to help families budget for the best care possible.
Most traditional nanny agencies charge a one-time fee of 15%-25% of the nanny's annual salary but do not manage employment. Neuronanny offers a more comprehensive model, ensuring long-term support, payroll management, and additional care resources.
Providing reliable and quality care is Neuronanny's top priority. Often, stability and routine are what children with ASD and ADHD thrive on. In addition to continued education and support, our framework offers nannies a sense of community and resources. Opportunities for social interactions and events involving kids, families, and nannies will arise as each district expands, thereby mitigating the isolation that can often accompany neurological disorders in both children and adults. We firmly believe that supporting children with ASD or ADHD requires a village. Fostering a positive and growth-driven environment strengthens the likelihood of care retention, gives nannies an incentive to commit, and establishes the secure atmosphere your learner requires to flourish.
As a caregiver enters the daily environment of your children, they begin to form a foundation of trust and predictability, as well as consistency and routine. For this reason, our learners may find that seeing the same familiar faces year after year can help them strengthen their current skill set and acquire new ones.
- Reduce the likelihood of interruptions to care.
- Increase caregiver retention.
- For the purpose of preventing burnout when working with children who have developmental disorders, all nannies are restricted to 40 hours a week.
*However, if a family's needs dictate more than 40 hours a week, an additional nanny can be provided at an additional cost to bridge the hour(s) needed.
