Enhanced care at Neuronanny
In order to protect the safety of families and nannies, pre-screening and criminal offender child abuse background checks are performed on both nannies and families. The first two interviews are one-on-one discussions with families and our family onboarding specialist about your family’s needs and priorities. Our service supports families in the process of making classroom and playroom planograms, family manuals, and responsibility and task lists, and assembling vital information our nannies need to know. It can be difficult to find a nanny who genuinely respects and upholds your family's standards and beliefs; therefore, we take the time to get to know and thoroughly screen each nanny to ensure the best fit is chosen. An approval or denial of the application will be provided after each party has enlisted. Neuronanny is willing to help with live-in nanny placements on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost.

Service Retainer & Placement Fees
At Neuronanny, we take the time to carefully match each family with a highly qualified nanny who meets their specific needs. To begin the process of finding the perfect nanny match, we require a $1,500 service retainer.
What Does the Service Retainer Cover?
✔ Personalized Nanny Matching – We source and vet experienced nannies based on your family’s needs.
✔ Comprehensive Screening – Background checks, reference verification, and interview coordination.
✔ Ongoing Support – Guidance throughout the selection process to ensure the best fit.
Important Details:
- The $1,500 service retainer is non-refundable and required before we begin your search.
- This amount is applied toward your total placement fee once you’ve selected a nanny.
- The final placement fee will depend on the nanny’s experience level and your family’s needs.
- Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free process, ensuring you’re matched with the best care provider for your child
