In order to protect the safety of families and nannies, pre-screening and criminal offender child abuse background checks are performed on both nannies and families. The first two interviews are one-on-one discussions with families and our family onboarding specialist about your family’s needs and priorities. Our service supports families in the process of making classroom and playroom planograms, family manuals, and responsibility and task lists, and assembling vital information our nannies need to know. It can be difficult to find a nanny who genuinely respects and upholds your family's standards and beliefs; therefore, we take the time to get to know and thoroughly screen each nanny to ensure the best fit is chosen. An approval or denial of the application will be provided after each party has enlisted. Neuronanny is willing to help with live-in placements on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost.
